Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 medium length wooden kabob sticks (approximately 68 inches long)
  • 12 strawberries (halved lengthwise OR 24 raspberries)
  • 48 blueberries OR 24 blackberries
  • 24 banana slices (about 1/2 inch thick) OR 24 regular marshmallows OR 24 1-inch chunks of angel food cake OR 24 1-inch chunks of pound cake

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the fruit. Wash strawberries and cut them in half or rinse raspberries under cool water.
  2. Next, get your kabob sticks ready.
  3. Begin threading a strawberry half or a raspberry onto the bottom of each kabob stick.
  4. Follow with a choice of white fruit or extra, such as banana slice, marshmallow, angel food cake, or chunk of pound cake.
  5. Then, add two blueberries or one blackberry to the stick.
  6. Continue alternating fruits and building up the kabob until you reach the end of the stick.
  7. Once all kabobs are assembled, serve them right away or cover in plastic wrap and store in the fridge. They taste best when eaten within 12 hours.
