A fun and festive dessert that resembles the American flag, perfect for patriotic celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Open the tube of cookie dough and slice it into 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Place the cookie dough slices onto a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan and press them into an even layer.
  4. Bake the cookie crust for 11-12 minutes until it is lightly browned. Let it cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
  6. Fold in half of the whipped topping, then add the rest of it.
  7. Scoop a little less than half of the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled cookie crust and spread it all the way to the edges.
  8. Use blueberries to outline the pizza and create the blue section of the flag.
  9. Create seven red stripes using raspberries.
  10. Pipe in white stripes with the rest of the cream cheese mixture.
  11. Keep the pizza in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Notes

Serve chilled and pair with vanilla ice cream or extra whipped topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
