A refreshing blend of cucumbers, mozzarella, and tomatoes, perfect for warm days and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls (drained)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the English cucumber in half lengthwise.
  2. Cut each half in half again to create quarters. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, drained mozzarella pearls, and halved grape tomatoes.
  4. Add the fresh chopped basil and drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the top of the salad.
  5. Gently stir everything together until mixed well.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and serve immediately.
