  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Line a muffin pan with 6 paper liners and press roughly 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each liner. Refrigerate.
  3. Beat the heavy cream on high speed until thickened and stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes, then transfer to another bowl and keep cold.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.
  6. Divide the filling among the paper liners and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Serve with strawberry sauce and blueberries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes
