Delicious and easy chicken skewers infused with garlic, Parmesan, and ranch flavors, perfect for barbecues or cozy dinners.

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken in olive oil and chicken seasonings to coat.
  2. Make the sauce by melting the butter in a pan. Add the minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  5. Grill the chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and reaches 165°F.
  6. Brush the chicken with the garlic Parmesan butter sauce during the last minutes of grilling.
